[With Dinner] In-Room Dining with Okayama’s Premium “Momotaro Pork”

This exclusive plan lets you enjoy a shabu-shabu hot pot featuring "Momotaro Pork," a premium local brand from Okayama, all within the comfort of our one-group-per-day private inn!

Without the worry of other guests, you can enjoy a hot pot meal with your family or close friends, surrounded by good company.

Before check-in, our staff will prepare the meat and seasonal vegetables for you inside the inn.

The photo is for reference only. For safety, we will provide an electric hot pot that does not require an open flame.

The star of the shabu-shabu is Okayama's premium brand pork, "Momotaro Pork."

Yes, "umami" is widely recognized internationally, especially in the culinary world. It's a Japanese term that refers to the savory, rich taste often associated with foods like meat, cheese, and mushrooms. While it doesn't have an exact one-word equivalent in many languages, it's used globally, especially in discussions of flavor profiles. So, using "umami" would likely be understood by many people, particularly those familiar with food and cooking.

Quickly dip the pork in kombu (kelp) broth for a light shabu-shabu and enjoy!

For dipping sauces, enjoy two local favorites loved by the locals: "Shio Ponzu" (salt-based ponzu) and "Kin Goma Shabu-Shabu Sauce" (sesame shabu-shabu sauce).

Both sauces are made by local producers in Okayama Prefecture.

The salt ponzu, made with Setouchi sea salt, is a popular condiment so beloved that some people come to Kurashiki just to enjoy it.

Made with a base of yuzu and sudachi, it’s infused with the rich flavors of bonito and kombu dashi.

The sesame sauce is made with plenty of golden ground sesame, carefully ground using the traditional mortar and pestle method. It's so rich and thick that it barely comes out of the bottle.

It clings beautifully to the meat, enhancing the flavor and stimulating your appetite.

You’re sure to enjoy the meal until the very end, with delightful flavor changes along the way.

Pick up your favorite local sake or craft beer during your travels and enjoy it in your room!

You can choose to purchase on your way to the inn, or you can visit the local sake shops or natural wine stores around the inn.

Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your room. Feel free to bring your favorite drinks and snacks, and enjoy the experience like a home party.

At check-in, our staff, who are locals, will provide you with information about nearby stores.

Just a short walk from the inn, "Heisuiken," a renowned store offering delicious snacks from all over the country, is one place we highly recommend visiting before your meal to pick up some treats.

You're sure to find the perfect items to make your in-room dining experience even more enjoyable!
