The star of the shabu-shabu is "Momotaro Pork," a premium brand pork from Okayama.

"Momotaro Pork" is a locally raised Okayama pork that undergoes low-temperature aging, with carefully selected feed and a meticulously managed environment to bring out the meat's full flavor.

Even after cooking, it remains tender and moist with a fine, delicate texture.
With a perfect balance of lean meat and fat, you can fully enjoy the natural sweetness and rich flavor of the pork.

Lightly swish it in kombu broth and enjoy it freshly cooked.

For dipping sauces, enjoy two local favorites beloved by the locals: "Shio Ponzu" (salt-based ponzu) and "Kin Goma Shabu-Shabu Sauce."

Both of these sauces are made by local manufacturers within Okayama Prefecture.

The salt ponzu, made with Setouchi sea salt, is such a popular seasoning that some people visit Kurashiki specifically to enjoy it.

Based on yuzu and sudachi, it is enriched with the umami of bonito and kombu broth.

The sesame sauce is rich and thick, made with a generous amount of golden ground sesame, carefully ground by hand using a traditional mortar. It's so dense, it barely pours from the bottle.

It clings beautifully to the meat, enhancing every bite and stimulating the appetite.

With these flavor options, you’re sure to enjoy your meal all the way to the last bite without ever getting bored.

Pick up your favorite local sake or craft beer along the way and enjoy it in the comfort of your room!

You can choose to buy something on your way to the inn, or explore the local sake shops and natural wine stores near the inn.

Make the most of your in-room dining experience by bringing along your favorite drinks and snacks—just like a cozy home party.

At check-in, our local staff will be happy to introduce nearby shops and recommend places to pick up the perfect accompaniments.

For breakfast, enjoy the famous tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) from “Yuurin-an,” a beloved spot in the Bikan Historical District known for drawing long lines—served right in the comfort of your room.
