Sea bream from the Seto Inland Sea features a beautiful, subtle pink skin and a pleasantly chewy texture.

We always source fresh fish daily from a trusted local seafood shop.

The fish is sliced for carpaccio and beautifully plated.

Pick up your favorite local sake or craft beer along the way and enjoy it in your room!

Enjoy the famous “Tamago Kake Gohan” from Yuurin-an—so popular there's often a long line in the Bikan Historical Quarter—served in the comfort of your room.

At Temari inn “Madoromi”’s sister cafe Yurin-an, their tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) is so popular it often draws long lines on weekends—now you can enjoy it as breakfast served in your room.

・Locally sourced eggs from Kurashiki, raised with meticulous attention to water, feed, and air quality (two eggs per guest).

・Our original yellow chive soy sauce, generously infused with Okayama’s specialty yellow chives.

◎ Instant miso soup, furikake, tempura flakes, and other toppings are also provided.

◎ You’re welcome to use the in-room kitchen to cook the eggs however you prefer.

We recommend rinsing the rice the night before and setting it in the rice cooker, so in the morning, you can simply press start and enjoy freshly cooked rice shortly after waking.
